2019 Convention Schedule and Commission Rates

On the side of my posts you'll see I added a number of conventions that I will be attending for the first half of 2019.  I'll have to start looking into the second half.

I will be selling sketchbooks, prints, and doing commissions for the shows.  If you are interested in getting a commission from me at one of the shows or to pick up, here is my price list:

SUPERGIRL PRINT WIP

I started messing around with ideas for prints so I can start building a print wall for shows and just started doodling Supergirl.  I don't really have all the stages I went through because I didn't think to save pics as I went along.  Here are two WIP shots.

MSP Comic Con is this weekend!

I'll be doing commissions, selling books and prints and will have two sketchcovers for the charity auction.  I'm not sure if they're taking bids outside of the convention but if you know someone going, please have them bid for you!  The dearly departed Nick Post would want you to!!!

Preshow Commissions for C2E2

It's a few more weeks to C2E2 in Chicago and what better way to have something to remember it by than getting a commission from me!?  Okay, there are tons of better and way cooler things, but let's make me one of them.  I'll be selling sketchbooks, prints, and original art at discount pricing.  There are a bunch of pieces I came across and thought I'd see if anyone wanted them.  I'm also taking preshow commissions for the show and you can get in touch with me about them at artboymoy@gmail.com.

Commission prices start at $40 for a 9 by 12 single character penciled drawing, $60 at 11 by 14, and $80 for an 11 by 17 piece.  Inks add an additional 50% of the base price for the size and inks and markers double the base price for the size.

PLANET COMICON!

Planet Comicon is going to be this weekend in Kansas City and they have a great guest line up!  Come on out and say hi!  I'll be in Artist Alley pushing my wares and doing commissions.  Here are some that people will be picking up!

OUTLANDER CHIBIS!

Here are some drawings I did of one of the main characters in the Time Jumping Scottish Highlander Show, OUTLANDER.  My friend wanted a little drawing of Jamie and this led to a request for a design for the HEUGHLIGANS, a fan group for the actor, Sam Heughan and one of the charities he supports.

This year I will be in Artist Alley booth space C50!  It's all the way to the right of Artist Alley, but should be pretty easy to find. Stop on by and get a commission, some sketchbooks or just browse through my portfolio.

Sadly I wasn't able to line up Baltimore Comic Con, so that's a no go.  I'm still looking at a couple more shows for the year, so check back later.
